Who We Are
The Bridge Trust Ltd is a registered charity formed in 2011. We’re based in Bristol in the UK but work in nations both near and far. We’re a Christian-based charity and strongly believe that our faith should lead to action. We want to see individuals, communities and nations transformed.
Our heart is to support others in the work they’re doing to reach the poor and marginalised around the world. We provide encouragement and training, connect people with others who may be able to help, pray and supply finances where possible.
We’re closely involved with a network of churches in India and Zambia, but we’re also coming alongside churches and organisations in Wales, England and other nations. Relationships are at the centre of what we do, so there’s a flexibility to our work which involves both responding to a specific need or investing in long-term projects and partnerships.
Wherever possible we want to be working alongside local people who are engaging in community transformation. Our aim is to train and support locals so that they can sustain the long-term input that’s needed to see change.

Our Partners
Mercy In Action
Mercy in Action donate 50% of the profits from their Coldharbour Road shop in Bristol to Bridge. They also provide valuable help and expertise.
Linden Church, Swansea
Linden Church have supported Bridge and The Mutende Project for many years. Members of Linden Church are part of Bridge’s board of trustees.
Fire Baptised Churches of Zambia (FBC)
The FBC are a network of over 100 churches across Zambia. They run The Mutende Project on a day to day basis.
Resound Church, Bristol
Resound have also supported Bridge and many of their members give to The Mutende Project. Members of Resound are also part of Bridge’s trustees.
